All purchases will be applicable for exchanges in the form of a store credit. However, please choose carefully as during sitewide sale events all items are considered final sale and not eligible for refunds
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Reach out to our support team as soon as possible after your order has been placed to see if they can update your address before it is shipped. Once it is shipped, our team will no longer be able to assist with address updates. You may be able to contact the delivery partner who has your parcel at this point.

All orders are shipped from our Australian fulfilment centre.

Due to the speed and efficiency of our distribution centres, once you hit Pay Now we may be unable to cancel your order. There are also no refunds or exchanges on final sale items.
