RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Return Requirements
To be eligible, items must meet all of the following requirements:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Original packaging and tags attached
- No stains, odours, pet hair, or visible damage
- Hygiene label (if applicable) attached and undamaged
- No returns on Final Sale items (see below)

No returns on socks, towels or headwear
Items sent to us that do not satisfy the above return conditions can be returned back to you at your own cost.
Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@swtactive.com as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note: Photo evidence is required when submitting a faulty return request via the portal
Store Credit and Exchanges
Eligible returns can be submitted within 30 days for a different size in the same item or store credit with a bonus 10% to spend on your exchange. All returns must be lodged via the Return Portal:
- Return shipping labels are available for AU, NZ, and US customers
- Free size swaps on first exchange for AU, NZ, and US customers
- Shop Now Exchange Bonus: Bonus credit must be used immediately (not transferrable)
- One return per label (multiple returns must be submitted separately)
- Return shipping fees apply and vary by region – View return shipping fees
USA and NZ customers can exchange once using SWT return labels. All subsequent returns will need to be shipped via your own provider.
Your exchange item can only be reserved once your package arrives back to us and is marked as received. In the case that we are unable to provide an exchange due to the stock for the item you have selected no longer being available, we will instead issue you an exchange credit that can be used at your discretion.
Refunds
You have 10 days from the day you receive your delivery, to organise and begin the refund process.
- Items must meet all return requirements listed above
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- An $8 processing fee applies per refund
- Final Sale items are non-refundable
- Refunds are not available on previously exchanged orders
- Return shipping fees apply – View return shipping fees
Afterpay or Klarna Returns
If you purchased using AfterPay, ZipPay or Klarna:
- Refunds will be processed via your payment provider
- Exchanges and store credit returns will not cancel your payment plan, which will continue as scheduled
Sitewide Sale Events
For purchases made during major sale events (e.g. Black Friday, Boxing Day, End of Season and others):
- Final Sale items cannot be returned
- All other items can be returned for store credit only
Final Sale
Final Sale refers to products marked as Final Sale or discounted by 40% or more. These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Bundles / Multi-Packs
All bundles or multi-packs can only be returned as one item, not individually. Any returns sent to us that do not contain the full pack will need to be returned back to you at your own cost.
