Will I need a discount code?

No discount code will be required. The discounts will be automatically applied at checkout.

When can I get my cart ready?

Load your carts or save your Wishlist now to checkout as soon as the sale begins, to ensure none of your desired styles sell out!

Can I use additional discount codes?

Due to the significant discounts already being applied to our catalogue, no other discount codes will be valid during the sale event.

Will I be able to return/exchange my items?

Items marked as final sale will not be eligible for returns/exchanges so please choose carefully. This information will be displayed on the products page if its applicable to the product you are purchasing.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Can I change/update my address?

Reach out to our support team as soon as possible after your order has been placed to see if they can update your address before it is shipped. Once it is shipped, our team will no longer be able to assist with address updates. You may be able to contact the delivery partner who has your parcel at this point.

How long will it take to get my order?

You can view accurate delivery transit times to your region on our shipping and delivery page. Our warehouse team is ready and will be working extra hard to try and get your orders out as quick as possible. Dispatch delays of up to 7 days may apply depending on the volume of orders that are placed. Rest assured our team will be doing all they can.

Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our Australian fulfilment center.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a link that you can use to track the delivery of your package.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the speed and efficiency of our distribution centres, once you hit Pay Now we may be unable to cancel your order. There are also no refunds or exchanges on final sale items.

Can I amend my order after it has been placed?

Due to the speed and efficiency of our distribution centres we’re unable to make changes to your order, but if you’d like to change your shipping address, contact the shipping partner when you receive your tracking info, then organise delivery to another location.
